Mommy & Me Toddler Tumbling 18months - 3yrs

Join us for a fun and active "Mommy & Me Tumbling" class designed especially for toddlers ages 18 months to 3 years! This parent-participation class introduces little ones to basic tumbling and motor skills in a safe, playful, and supportive environment. Through age-appropriate obstacle courses, music, and guided movement activities, children will explore jumping, climbing, rolling, and balancing—building confidence and coordination every step of the way. This is the perfect opportunity to bond with your child while helping them grow physically, emotionally, and socially!

Preschool Tumbling 3yrs - 5yrs

Our Preschool Tumbling class is the perfect introduction to movement, coordination, and confidence for little ones! In this fun and structured class, athletes learn the basics of tumbling — such as forward rolls, handstands, bridges, and balance skills — through engaging games and age-appropriate drills.

We focus on building body awareness, listening skills, and independence while keeping every class filled with smiles and encouragement. Our small coach-to-athlete ratio ensures each child receives individual attention and feels supported as they learn at their own pace.

🩵 Goal: To help young athletes develop strength, coordination, and confidence — while learning that tumbling is FUN!

Our Beginner Tumbling class is designed for athletes ages 10 and up who are ready to build a strong foundation in tumbling skills. This class focuses on teaching proper technique, strength, and body control while mastering beginner-level skills such as cartwheels, round-offs, handstands, bridges, and backbend kickovers.

Coaches emphasize progression, safety, and confidence-building — helping each athlete set goals and celebrate milestones along the way. With our small class sizes and positive coaching environment, athletes receive the personalized attention they need to succeed and feel confident on the mat.

🩵 Goal: To help athletes develop safe and strong beginner tumbling skills while gaining confidence and discipline that prepare them for higher-level classes.

Our Beginner Tumbling class for ages 7–10 introduces athletes to the fundamentals of tumbling in a fun, encouraging, and structured environment. Students learn essential skills such as cartwheels, round-offs, handstands, bridges, and backbend kickovers, while developing strength, flexibility, and confidence.

Coaches focus on proper technique and safe progressions to help athletes build a strong foundation for future success in cheer, gymnastics, or ninja training. Each class blends skill-building with fun challenges to keep athletes motivated and excited to learn.

🩵 Goal: To help athletes gain confidence and strength while mastering foundational tumbling skills at their own pace.

A class that promotes healthy movement and stretching for all adults any shape or size! It is a guided course to help with Proprioception, body awareness, interoception, flexibility, mobility, and balance. Using Yoga, Pilates, active and passive flexibility techniques, basic stretches for major muscle groups, and many other fitness techniques. Here to give you the right tools to meet your individual goals. Starts with a verbal assessment of everyone participating so our trained instructor can adjust the class as needed. We may work with workout bands, yoga blocks, ankle weights, and more! This class is designed to move at your pace with guidance of a trained professional whether it be to reach your toes or to do a split, this class is meant to push yourself for a more flexible you!

It is a guided pole class to help with Proprioception, body awareness, interception, flexibility, balance, and rhythm. For anyone looking to have a fun new way to enjoy fitness. It starts with a small 15 minute full body warmup and stretch using your own body weight then we start with our pole skills, sequences, and dances for the day. Then some free time to practice what you've learned. Ending with a relaxing 5 min cool down leaving you feeling refreshed.

Lastly, a relaxing cool down to send you home feeling refreshed.
